If you need a local solicitor, we will ensure that you are placed with your local office. However, you don’t need to visit the office at any point throughout the process. This often means we can match you with a more appropriate solicitor who can meet your specific important needs.

Yes, all our solicitors are regulated by the SRA and our conveyancers by the CLC.

Yes. We always quote fixed fees for our conveyancing work for a standard conveyancing process. If you require additional services such as declarations or wills, we can either negotiate a fee for you or you can negotiate this fee with the solicitor.

Our team have negotiated a competitive fee for our clients that you cannot find on the high street. What’s more, thanks to our network, it is easier for us to find the most appropriate solicitor for your case.

We carefully monitor the workload of our solicitors to always ensure yours is not too busy. We also have specialists who deal with timed completions such as auctions, repossessions or new builds.

We do not charge any fees if the transaction falls through for any reason. We simply keep all the information we have on file and wait for you to be ready to start again. There is no time limit to redeem your initial deposit.
